Currencies
You can shop and pay in US dollars (USD), euro (EUR), pounds sterling (GBP), Canadian dollars (CAD) or Australian dollars (AUD). Choose a currency with the selector at the top of every page. Prices, shipping and the order total are then shown in that currency, and the checkout states the currency you will be charged in before you pay.
Prices in currencies other than USD are converted at fixed rates that we set and review from time to time. If your card is in a different currency from the one you pay in, your bank may convert it at its own rate and may charge a fee.
How payment works
- Payment is taken at checkout by a secure third-party payment provider. The payment options available to you are shown at checkout.
- Card details are entered on the payment provider’s secure form. They are encrypted and sent directly to the provider; we never see or store your full card number or security code.
- Your card may be asked to confirm the payment with your bank (for example with an app or a code). This protects you against unauthorised use.
- The whole site uses an encrypted HTTPS connection.
When you are charged
Your payment is taken when you place your order. If we cannot fulfil an item, we refund it to your original payment method within 14 days.
What appears on your statement
The payment will appear on your statement as YBJ LTD or YBBJ.SHOP. If you do not recognise a payment, contact us at support@ybbj.shop before contacting your bank, and we will help straight away.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the payment method you used, in the currency you paid in, within 14 days of the refund being approved. See Returns & refunds.
Fraud prevention
To protect customers, orders may be checked by the payment provider for signs of fraud. If an order is held, we will contact you by e-mail. We will never ask you for your card details by e-mail or phone.
