How orders are shipped: YBJ does not run its own warehouse. Your order is packed and sent by our supply partners, often from outside your country. Delivery times below are estimates, and import taxes or customs fees may apply on arrival.
Where we ship
We ship to most countries worldwide. At checkout you can choose any country we deliver to. We do not ship to destinations under UK or EU sanctions or where carriers do not accept parcels, including Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba and Afghanistan.
Shipping rates
Rates are set in US dollars and converted to the currency you choose. The exact amount for your order is shown in the basket and at checkout before you pay.

Free-shipping thresholds are based on the value of the items, after any reductions, and before shipping.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment. Transit times after dispatch are:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, public holidays and carrier delays can add time. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we will trace it with the carrier and, if it cannot be found, send a replacement or refund you.
Split parcels and tracking
- Items in one order may come from different supply partners and arrive in separate parcels on different days. You only pay shipping once per order.
- We e-mail a tracking number when the carrier provides one. Some low-value parcels are sent with limited tracking.
- Parcels may carry the name of the supply partner or a fulfilment centre rather than YBJ.
Import taxes, duties and customs
Because parcels may be sent from outside your country, they can be subject to import VAT or sales tax, customs duty and a carrier handling fee. Our prices and shipping charges do not include these amounts unless the checkout shows them as a separate line. Where they apply, they are normally collected by the carrier or postal service before delivery. You are responsible for any import charges set by your country.
- United Kingdom: for parcels sent from outside the UK, VAT and in some cases customs duty may apply. Where VAT must be charged at the point of sale, it is shown at checkout before you pay.
- European Union: import VAT applies to goods sent from outside the EU. Since 1 July 2026, EU customs duty can also apply to low-value parcels. The carrier may add a handling fee.
- United States: the duty-free allowance for low-value imports no longer applies, so duties and carrier fees may be charged on delivery.
- Canada, Australia, New Zealand and other countries: GST, VAT, duties or handling fees may apply according to local rules.
If you refuse to pay import charges and the parcel is returned, we refund the items once the parcel is back with us, less the original shipping cost and any return charges we have to pay.
Addresses and failed delivery
Please check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect, or it was not collected, we can re-send it once the shipping cost has been paid again, or refund the items.
Damaged or missing items
If a parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, please e-mail support@ybbj.shop as soon as you can with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights. See Returns & refunds.
