Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your contract with YBJ LTD within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a person you name other than the carrier, receive the goods. If your order arrives in several parcels, the period ends 14 days after you receive the last one.
This right applies to consumers in the United Kingdom under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and to consumers in the European Union under the Consumer Rights Directive. We apply the same right to customers everywhere.

You can also tell us by e-mail at support@ybbj.shop, or by any other clear statement, for example by using the model form below. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your message before the cancellation period ends.

Cancelling before dispatch
If your order has not been dispatched yet, e-mail us as soon as possible. If we can stop it, we cancel the order and refund you in full, including shipping.
What happens after you withdraw
- We refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of the day we are informed of your decision. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard one, we do not refund the extra cost.
- We use the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not pay any fees for the refund.
- We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier.
- You must send the goods back without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us that you are withdrawing. We tell you the return address when we acknowledge your withdrawal.
- You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
- You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
